This workshop is a great introduction to the fundamentals of quilting. You’ll learn the key components that make up a quilt, practice different methods for joining layers together, and explore techniques for finishing edges neatly. As you work, you’ll apply these skills to create a mini quilted coaster, giving you hands-on experience with each step of the process. By the end of the session, you’ll have a solid foundation in quilting techniques that can be built upon for larger projects.

Requirements: Sewing Certification - Those without a sewing certification will need to register with the Medbery Makerspace for a sewing certification before the date of this workshop.
