NED Talk-"Fruving the World: A Social Marketing and Environmental Change Intervention
Join the Graduate Nutrition Student Associaton as they host a series of Nutrition faculty research presentations as part of the Nutrition Education Discourse Talk Series. Today's presentation is from Sarah Colby, associate professor in Nutrition and director of Get Fruved, a USDA grant-funded research proejct focused on helping students manage their weight and live healthier on the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus.
The presentation, "Fruving the World: A Social Marketing and Environmental Change Intervention" will discuss how, using social media and making changes in the environment of students, can impact the eating habits of students.
Registration required by March 5th. Breakfast will be provided during the talk.
