Postdoctoral scholars are a vital part of the University of Tennessee. The success of UT as a research institution is only possible because of the work done by postdoctoral scholars. The National Postdoc Appreciation Week presents an opportunity for the postdoctoral commuity to come together and recognize postdoctoral scholars and their roles at the university - as researchers, leaders, and mentors. 

Key campus partners will provide welcome remarks.  Hors d'oeuvres will be served during the reception, and you will have the opportunity to network with other attendees. Dress will be business casual.  Postdoctoral scholars and their mentors are welcome to arrive and depart as their schedules allow.  In order to help us plan, please let us know you are coming by submitting your RSVP by noon on Tuesday, the 10th of September.
