Contact the PSEP office at the phone number or email listed below to register for this session at least 3 Days before training.  NO SAME DAY REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED   DO NOT MAIL REGISTRATION FORM.  PAYMENT MUST BE MADE VIA FAX OR OVER THE PHONE WITH CREDIT CARD

**DO NOT REGISTER FOR EXAM UNTIL REGISTRATION FOR CLASS IS CONFIRMED BY PSEP. EVERBLUE WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND****

*To register with TDA to take the Certification Exam after training, Please go to the EVERBULE link listed below. Make sure you chose IN-PERSON TESTING  and complete on line information. Everblue will not give refunds or change your selection.  If you do not choose IN-PERSON for the exam, you will have to pay another fee.
