Learn to make a Picnic Napkin Basket on March 19^th starting at 9:00 at the Farm Bureau Building in Madisonville. The cost will be $25 and must be paid by March 11^th at the UT Extension Office located at 310 Tellico Street South, Madisonville TN. You will be given a supply list when you pay. This basket has a couple of new techniques that you will learn. It is approximately 7 ½ inches square and has a “handle” to keep your napkins from blowing away so it is perfect for picnics and eating outside.
