About this Event
Image data analysis provides a means to extract and quantify objects and patterns in image data in various research fields. Fiji is an open source image processing package based on ImageJ. It includes many pre-installed macros/plugins to enable more effective and efficient image processing. This workshop is to introduce the software package and demo basic digital image processing techniques in Fiji. Prior preliminary knowledge of Fiji is not required.
