Scopus is a multidisciplinary citation database by Elsevier with citations and abstracts from peer-reviewed journal literature, trade journals, books, patent records, and conference publications. With this database, scholars can identify their scholarly impact as well as identify journal rankings using SNIP, SJR, and Elsevier's Journal Analyzer. In this session, we will discuss features of this database for citation analysis such as the number of citations, impact factor, and other metrics.
