Roundtable on the U.S. South in the Globe
What is the place of the American South in the larger globe? How have southerners impacted the world beyond, for good and for ill? This virtual roundtable discussion brings together four historians to discuss the long story of the South's global engagement. Topics will include race, empire, business, migration, culture, environment, and many more. This is the second of a series on "The US in the Globe and the Global in the US: A View from the Southeast Periphery."
