  virtual discussions will feature topics designed to foster pervasive cult
 ures of effective mentorship that promote mentee growth and development. P
 articipants will be exposed to evidence-based strategies for fostering suc
 cessful mentored experiences and offer research-informed tactics that prom
 ote productive and mutually beneficial mentoring relationships. \n\n \n\nS
 essions will be facilitated by Dr. Ja'Wanda Grant\, Chief Innovation Catal
 yst with JSG Innovation Labs. Dr. Grant is a trained facilitator with the 
 Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER). \n
