Science from the National University of Colombia
Dr. Zuluaga-Dominguez is a chemical engineer with a M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology and a Ph.D. in Engineering. He has led multiple research programs funded by Colombia's national scientific research agency related to processes in plant origins for the
improvement of food storage, stability and  development of new products. Currently, professor Zuluaga-Dominguez is a Fulbright Visiting
Scholar at the Food Science Department at the University of Tennessee – Knoxville, doing research related to the project “Effect of the incorporation of dietary fiber extracted from pseudocereals in bakery products, on acrylamide formation and structural, sensory and physical-chemical parameters” in collaboration with Dr. Tao Wu.
