Every year the Society of Women Engineers hosts a one day event for middle and high school girls to learn and get excited about a career in STEM. This event includes fun experiments, laboratory tours and demos, presentations on various engineering majors for the girls. There is also a session for parents which provides insight on the field of engineering and the University of Tennessee Tickle College of Engineering.
