This workshop will discuss the current statistical methodology used when determining if a new scientific measurement technique yields similar results to a gold standard. We will discuss Lin’s concordance correlation, Bland Altman plots, Deming and Passing Bablok regression models, among others. Example computations will be performed using R. Prior experience with R is recommended for this workshop
