About this Event
STRIDE (Strategies and Tactics for Recruiting to Improve Diversity and Excellence) for Staff is a program designed to prepare UT staff to serve on a search committee. Participants in STRIDE for Staff will leave knowing how they can increase the diversity of their workplace and will receive tips on how to create and maintain an inclusive workplace.
