A review of the outgoing subaward process and requirements for sponsored research agreements held by the University of Tennessee. This class will go over the University of Tennessee’s process in issuing of a subaward to another entity under a sponsored research award including risk assessment and approval requirements. Understanding the flowdown of terms and conditions from the Prime Contract to the subrecipient will be examined. This class will take a look at what the University of Tennessee is required to do to be in compliance with subrecipient monitoring requirements, including FFATA reporting.
