With Microsoft Teams Premium, users benefit from advanced integrated AI capabilities. These features offer intelligent captions, detailed transcripts, and notes that clearly identify follow-up tasks along with their designated responsible parties. Teams Premium gives you better access to manage your meetings, green rooms for preparing your presentation, and expanded options to manage what participants see. In addition, Outlook has been completely revamped so that Windows and Mac users get a nearly identical experience. You can send encrypted emails, tag recipients so they know they have something important in an email to read, and more.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Locate and use Teams Premium features including transcripts, notes, and tasks.
• Utilize Outlook features such as encrypt, tags, and categories to organize incoming emails and calendar events.
