After a successful launch of the Tennessee Valley Ag Club in Pulaski in March, the second quarterly meeting of the group will take place in Lawrenceburg on Wednesday, June 25. The lunchtime gathering will be held in the Community Room of the Southern Tennessee Higher Education Center at 169 Southern Lane.

Stefan Maupin, executive director of the Tennessee Soybean Promotion Council, will be the featured speaker.

Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. (CDT), with the program starting at noon. The event is expected to end promptly by 1 p.m. (CDT). At the conclusion of the program, there will be a brief meeting for folks who are interested in serving on the steering committee for future meetings.

This event provides an opportunity for folks to connect, network, fellowship, support and promote agriculture and to learn and stay engaged with current agricultural issues.
