Vice Provost Kelly will provide an overview of the faculty search process and host a panel of current faculty members who will share their experiences and advice.  You will hear about the “behind-the-scenes” of the faculty hiring process, with insights into what hiring committee members are looking for and how to prepare for the academic interview.
