UT Culinary & Catering Program Information Session

The University of Tennessee Culinary & Catering Program is a full-time 12-week, 400-hour certificate course that prepares you to begin a career in restaurants, hotels, catering, food trucks, and more.

You're invited to attend a complimentary information session on Thursday, February 7, hosted by program director and certified executive chef Greg Eisele.

The session will include a Q & A with Chef Greg, a tour of the kitchen and classroom areas, and delicious appetizers.

Register now for the February 7 session.

Anyone who attends the information session and registers for the Winter 2019 program within one week will receive a 10% early-bird discount. Classes for the Winter 2019 program begin March 11.

"When I first started the program, I had absolutely no experience working in a professional kitchen," said Tucker Lewis of Knoville, who graduated from the program in 2018. "This program provided me with the knowledge that is needed to work in a kitchen, proper cooking techniques, working efficiently, and most importantly, teamwork."
