Virtual Community Cooking Classes
The Culinary Institute Community Cooking Classes is offering a VIRTUAL JAMS, JELLIES and DESSERTS Class.
Looking forward to all the fruits that will be available this summer? Maybe you will be picking your own. Whatever is available to you we hope you will join us for a fun and exciting opportunity to learn all about preserving fruit. In this virtual class, Heather Kyle-Harmond will talk about canning methods for making jams and jellies.
We’ll also give a few great tips and recipes for making Shortcakes, Pie Crusts (with demo) and Cobblers.
