In this 4 class series you will broaden your knowledge about major wine producing regions of the world, learning about the grape variety characteristics, and the most popular types of wines in each country; why those plants grow best there. We’ll break down the basics; how to taste, serve, store and more.
Country Specific hors d’oeuvres will be served buffet style.
