University of Tennessee Culinary Institute presents Gundlach Bundschu Winery.

Join us for a very special in-person wine dinner with one of the top wineries in Sonoma, CA.

Wine Educator, Herman Valverde, Southeast Regional Manager, will provide his expertise and insight into each wine. Jeff Bundschu, President - 6th Generation Wine Maker, will join us virtually

For six generations and over 160 years, the Bundschu family has farmed the Rhinefarm estate vineyard at the crossroads of the Sonoma Valley, Carneros and Napa Valley appellations.

Today, they focus on making small lots of ultra-premium wines from this distinctive and historic property. You will have the opportunity to enjoy these amazing wines with small plates of dishes that will pair with each wine.
