Virtual Dining with Diabetes

Need information on making food decisions if you or a loved one has diabetes? This three session virtual class teaches practical suggestions for planning and cooking meals. You will also learn how to count the amount of carbohydrates in food, how to modify recipes to reduce calories, carbohydrates, and fat and how to plan a balanced diet.
