https://recsports.utk.edu/volstrong-2/This six-week program is designed for all Vols to gain knowledge of proper weightlifting technique, increase confidence and build community in a small group setting all while under the guidance of our certified Personal Trainers. All participants will receive weekly nutritional newsletters from our Campus Dietitian and a t-shirt upon completing the program. Sessions will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00am to 8:00am in the TRECS from February 16th to March 23rd. Cost is $75-$85 per person.
