In spring 2017, the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, approved a proposal to redesign the general education curriculum, which will take effect fall 2021. The General Education Committee has begun to accept proposals for courses under the Volunteer Core, or Vol Core, curriculum.

That’s where Teaching & Learning Innovation comes in. TLI will be hosting Vol Core Lunch-N-Learn’s to discuss the goals of Vol Core and to help strengthen course applications and course design.
