Wellness Wednesday: Take Time, Take Care
As we head towards the end of the semester it’s easy to forget the importance of your health and wellness. Take time to take care of yourself with free, one-hour yoga sessions at TRECS at 9:00am and 1:00pm, and a free, one-hour meditation session at 5:00pm.
Choose the session that works for your schedule! Yoga and meditation participants can receive a free tank top.
