Process went relatively smooth, I’d recommend to a friend.

It took a while to wait for someone to let me in Hess which was a slight irritation, besides that- process was smooth

Would be better if front doors of Hess weren’t locked. Not sure of other entrances, but almost got late to class waiting for someone to open door
