Safety is always a top priority at the University of Tennessee. At the heart of the university’s efforts to promote safety is the UT Police Department (UTPD). With fifty-four fully commissioned officers, UTPD works around the clock, every day of the year to ensure safety on campus and in the immediate surrounding area.
